Chick-fil-A faced a surge in delivery orders due to COVID-19. Their goal was to enhance the delivery experience by focusing on personalization, efficiency, and scalability. Their iterative approach included adding contactless delivery, separating delivery options, and transitioning to a delivery address first model.
